Our product like CI Casting, SG Iron, alloys cast Iron & Hi Chrome Iron castings undergo stringent quality Assurance. VPC has an exhaustive Quality control manual coupled with standard operating procedures & specification guides and control the manufacturing & other operations.

We have developed Radiography & Ultrasonic Quality of Critical shapes SG Iron casting & successfully supplying to Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd, Hyderabad.

The Plant is fully equipped with modern testing facilities. Stringent quality control ensures that all the activities of the company are so carried out that the customer is assured of quality of castings. VPC keep experimenting with the way and means of producing the new age of products, which are superior in quality, reliable in nature, cost effective and meet customer requirement to their specification.

• Raw Material analysis for all incoming materials in stores
• 100% inspection of moulds & core hardness
• Pre Tapping chemistry is checked for every heat by Carbon & Silicon Analyser & Spectrometer
• Microstructure & Mechanical testing is done as per quality Procedure

• Sand testing is done for every batch
